Our Family Support Adviser Service or FSA Service for short helps many families with children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Norfolk.
Our service supports parents from pregnancy through to birth, childhood and young people up to the age of 25 years old with special educational needs and disabilities.
We currently have four Family Support Advisers, all of which have a background of working with children or supporting families. A Family Support Adviser or FSA for short, work's directly with families to resolve issues with regards to health, social care and education. This is done by telephone, video calls, face to face and attending meetings with Schools, Social and Health Care.
